Coalition members receive execution ticks and independently decide to continue work or exit. Continuing triggers progress synchronization and automatic completion check—if task ongoing, loop continues; if complete, advance to C6. Exiting applies penalties and forfeits resources. Cyclic pattern where each member makes autonomous decisions while collaborating.
